Return & Exchange


Below instructions only apply to S-Q Online Store orders. If your merchandises were purchased from our designated retailer partners or third party website other than S-Q, please contact the same retailer to inquire about its exchange/return policy.


The S-Q Online Store will accept for return or exchange only new or defective merchandise purchased at S-Q Online Store, in accordance with the provision and time frames for return as set out below. All merchandises returned to S-Q Inc. must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, straps and attachments that shipped with the products.


You may return all regular priced items within 30 business days from the order date.


All items must be unworn and in original packaging, there should be no visible signs of wear. In the event that returned merchandise ordered has items missing, the return may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.


Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded unless required to do so under applicable laws. (For Quebec residents, please refer to the Consumer Protection Act for any rights which you may have.)

All sale and clearance items are final sale, no exchange or return. 


Return instruction


All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. To receive an RMA number, email to info@s-q.ca with the following information:


  1. Subject your email title to “RMA Request”

  2. A picture of your defective item (if you are returning because of defect)

  3. Your original order number. If you do not have your order number, please provide us with:


  • your name

  • address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code

  • daytime telephone number

  • email (if different from the one that you used to send your request)


 


Our shipping address can be found on your invoice/packing slip or on our website. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping package.


All items return must be pre-paid by the customer. We DO NOT accept COD deliveries. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees to and from S-Q.


We recommend that you ship the merchandise you are returning via courier or other delivery service that provides tracking information and insurance, since S-Q Inc. will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to S-Q Inc.


No return will be accepted without an S-Q issued RMA number.

PLUS:

Declare the item as "Defective Return – No Commercial Value" and $0 on your customs and duty form. S-Q does not accept packages that require customs duty and taxes. We recommend using US Postal Service (USPS) that provides tracking information and insurance for return, since S-Q Inc. will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to S-Q Inc.


 


Refund


We will notify you via email when your return is received. Once your return is received, refunds will be made through your PayPal account. Please allow 2-4 business days for your account to be credited.
