Warranty Policy

Only products purchased directly from S-Q online store are eligible to our warranty policies. If your merchandises were purchased from our designated retailer partners or third party website other than S-Q, please contact the same retailer to inquire about its exchange/return policy.

S-Q offers a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. S-Q will repair or replace at our discretion any product found to be defective under normal use. The limited warranty covers any defects pertaining to hardware, zippers and stitching. Damages due to abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

All items return for repair must be pre-paid by the customer. We DO NOT accept COD deliveries. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees to and from S-Q. Once your item is repaired. A return shipping fee of $15.00 will be billed to your PayPal account.

Disclaimer: The manufacturer and distributor of all RFID protection products disclaim liability arising out of your use of the product, including liability from unauthorized persons scanning any RFID chip contained in the product.
